"I will start with the good. Front desk rep was friendly, and wait time was around 10 minutes. I brought my daughter in this past Sunday to have her ear evaluated as she has just finished a round of antibiotics for a middle ear infection and was now having issues with her other ear. We were seen by Logan Thomas an NP (if you’re looking for a provider who is personable, and will take time to answer your questions in a kind and caring manner, she’s not it). I was told my daughter had an ear drum that had burst, that there “is no ear drum left”. She prescribed another round of antibiotics, along with antibiotic ear drops. I was told that if this didn’t clear up the infection/ ruptured ear drum in 2 weeks, an antibiotic shot would be required. When we left, I had more questions than answers about the new diagnoses, which led me to having my daughter reevaluated today at an ENT doctor. To my surprise, Ms. Thomas completely misdiagnosed my daughter. Turns out the “ruptured” ear drum was only wax, and she does in fact have a healthy ear drum present. I am not typically one to write reviews, but being misdiagnosed like that, is unacceptable. Makes me wonder how many other children have been misdiagnosed by her."
