"I love the Fit Atelier classes - my favorite is "The Beat" Uptown with Allison Armstrong. Her classes are always welcoming to newcomers and all around FUN! I am not a dancer and this is not something that I would usually feel comfortable doing; However, Alli is encouraging to everyone no matter what level you are on (or how uncoordinated you are) and simply encourages participants to enjoy themselves. If you are looking for a way to have a dance party and get some extra cardio in, in a non-judgmental environment, then this is the class for you!"
