"A good walk in clinic but be prepared to wait atleast an hour each time."
"I have been seeing Page McClanahan at this office for almost five years. During my time, she has always treated me with compassion and kindness. She was very thorough in her examinations and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. I had not visited their office in a couple of years due to me moving to another city and being rather busy and overall healthy. Just recently I developed some concerning medical issues and instead of looking for a doctor in my local city I decided to go back and see McClanhan at WMA due to the type of care I received from them in the past, I thought it was absolutely worth the 35-40 minute drive. Let's just say the past two times I have been back to their office, my experience was less than satisfactory. She may have spent maybe 10 minutes in the room with me and I never was given an opportunity to ask questions. One of the issues I was being seen for was, syncope and I had, had numerous episodes. While in the parking lot, nearby, during my first visit back, I had a loss of consciousness. My mother-in-law had brought me back into their office right after it had happened. They left me in the lobby and not a single doctor or nurse, would bother to even come speak to me or check my vitals in that moment. They just told the receptionist to relay to me that they would order testing, which I had to call to get scheduled sooner, because they got me an appointment for 2 weeks out, even though I was having numerous issues. There was a couple of times that they were not forth coming when it came to paperwork and were dishonest in communication and the nurse was rude when it I came by the office to pick up my paperwork. I tried to contact the office manager and they have yet to return my call. It was really unfortunate that all of this has happened because I really did receive quality care when I first started seeing McClanahan at WMA. Needless to say I have transferred to another provider who will hopefully provide better, quality care."
"I like my doctor here. But hours of operation is a bit confusing. Suppose to be open 8 a.m. to 5p.m. but if you need call them you'd best call before 4 p.m."
"Always friendly and helpful. They always listen to you."
