"Terrible place. Went to see a doctor named Dr. Finniss. He believes that asthma and allergy doctors are supposed to treat diarrhea and skin ulcers from bacterial causes. The doctor actually made me cry. He'll send you to other specialists including dentists who will make recommendations for the source of infection & then Dr. Finniss will shoot back, "Well, I don't think that's it," while coming up with another excuse. I have another tooth starting to crack underneath this clinic's watch. They are well aware I'm having diarrhea, but since it came back negative for C. diff., something he was hoping to further his excuses to not provide me the medicine I needed, he refused to test for any other bacterial causes in lieu of his 30 minute speech about how he felt that the diarrhea was C. diff, and that's why I don't need antibiotics to treat a bacterial complex jaw infection or complex pelvic infection. I have the feeling that Dr. Finniss may just believe in the culling of populations with genetic immune dysfunctions, but you didn't hear that from me. The immunologist themselves had referred me back to Infectious Disease since the main issue was... infectious diseases, but they would much rather sit by and let patients be abused while patting themselves on the back calling themselves good people. If you aren't like me and cannot afford to go outside the area, do yourself and your family a favor and refuse to see these doctors because they use similar tactics to eugenicists not seen since WWII & certain social dynamics pre-80's. Stay tuned."
"I have been on prep for over four years and never missed a dose. I take it faithfully. I missed an appointment with the dr and called to reschedule. They mad my appointment for a couple days later then before the day was over called me back to let me know that I was being rescheduled. I called back and they had made the appointment for there weeks later. I ask the receptionist if that would affect me meds and was told no. They call me every month a few days before my refill is due well this month I didn’t get a call. It being Labor Day weekend I had to wait till today to call them. I was told by the pharmacy that there was a problem that I needed to Call the scheduling office. So I did. I was told I couldn’t have a refill till I was seen by the provider. Well my point is that I should have been rescheduled to be seen before my refill was due. So mow I am out of my meds until I am seen on the 14 th. They should have looked to see if it would affect me before I was scheduled out so far. Seems to me that they are more interested in giving needles to addicts than helping someone in other ways."
"They kicked me out of their program for getting a flat tire one morning and for calling in a second time the day I had to take my mom off lifesupport. I live two and a half hours away from this clinic. I could be without meds and spreading disease if I didn't have half a brain. Go to your local health department, go anywhere but here."
"They tend to treat people like lepers. They're still living in ancient times and treat people in the same way. I was secretly berated for not giving the answers they desired. And then told to give different answers to the doctor to make things match up for them. They don't care about you they care about their paperwork."
"I’d give negative stars if I could. I was billed incorrectly and didn’t find out about it until it hit my credit report and was served with court documents to pay them money. They never sent an invoice, never called to pay them, the debt collector they use never called or sent me anything. I had to pay them $407 and still fighting to get reimbursed! 10/10 do not recommend this place."
