Although they have had a rocky few years with staffing changes and personal emergencies that kept the Doctor unavailable, it is generally a good practice. Upon entering the waiting room, several places exist to sit, clean restrooms and televisions. Novant Health Brain Surgeons share the office, so the waiting room is quite large. The receptionists are efficient at what they do, and there is rarely any wait time to be called back after arrival. After being called to the exam room, expedient yet careful attention is given to your needs and the reason for your visit. The office is equipped with X-ray equipment and other amenities, should they be needed, so it is pretty convenient. They also have several in-office procedures that can assist in alleviating discomfort or managing pain until more drastic measures (like surgery) are warranted/scheduled."
