"Called two days ago to schedule acrylic manicure and pedicure. Got a reminder text today stating I was getting a manicure, figured that was just a traditional text message reminder. Arrived at my appointment time and was told I was scheduled for only a manicure, not even acrylic. Was told there was no one there, who could do what I needed, which was very frustrating. I got babysitting in order to come to this appointment today and I needed it done by tomorrow for an engagement party. I’m going to. Very frustrated overall and no one cared. Thanks Ana."
