"Instructors were all both professional and amiable. I felt pretty confident being able to ask just about any question and have it explored satisfactorily, which made learning the content a rewarding and enjoyable experience in general. The staff were always friendly, air conditioner basically always in place, it was a very relaxing atmosphere to attend classes in. Covid hit everyone hard, but everyone tucked in and took the extra effort to keep in contact and connected even when learning went from in-person to remote. Employee quality aside, I found that the content covered was consistently very relevant to the certifications offered, so studying the materials provided left me well prepared for what I was going into, and further clarification was always readily in reach. The breadth of education between security, infrastructure, and OS/Server administration is well suited for rounding out a solid foundation of technical expertise. IT as a field is far too vast for a program this short to make you an expert, but with your feet on the ground and a familiarity with so many things, it's a good place to get your bearings and be able to quickly learn and adapt to many of the conversations had surrounding the career path."

They genuinely care about your success and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the certifications you need to be successful in the IT field. I started the classes with very little computer knowledge, so I felt a little overwhelmed at first and I did not think I could do it. They never gave up on me. If I missed a class the instructor always called to make sure I was okay, encourage me and let me know that they expected to see me in the next class. They believed in me during the times that I did not believe in myself, and they pushed me through. There were always tutors ( flex instructors) there to assist when I needed extra help outside of classroom hours. I was so proud to complete the course and graduate, but even after that the career services department stayed in touch with me and kept sending out my resume until they found me a job with a reputable company.
