"I’ve read a lot of comments about patient’s having a bad experience, but I wanted to give them a chance and unfortunately I also had a bad experience. I didn’t like how the doctor treated me I felt like she was rude, and trying to show off because she was with a student .."

"My husband had an appointment with this practice due to something he was concerned about. Here we are day of the appointment and they called to tell him he wasn't welcome to come in because "went to another primary care provider". This is preposterous given it was an urgent care and this visit was on a Saturday (when this office was not open). I've called the customer care line and they were very compassionate but when I gave the office a call to express my concerns, I was told that if I felt it was that serious to take him to the urgent care. My thing is, he did have an appointment with a doctor he trusted (a PCP) at this office, not someone that is only going to see him once with a revolving door of patients. Needless to say, if you need a PCP, I would not consider this office because if you just happen to need help on a weekend, they will kindly assure you that you will not be welcome back at their office. He has found another provider with Atrium Health to see him today to see him for what he has going on and establish him as a new patient (thank goodness). Here is a little friendly advise, next time at least try to think about your patient. If you let them book and appointment with you, don't wait until the day of said appointment and cancel with them an hour before they are to come in. At least see them, make sure they are okay (physically or mentally) and let them know after said appointment they need to find new care if going to an urgent care is that big of a problem. Don't easily set them aside or treat them as if they don't matter because that could have easily been someone you could have helped/saved. Please note this review is only about this office only and not Atrium Health as a whole & it could easily be the management because he really liked his provider. I've had wonderful experiences with my doctor and with the hospital, but this office is lacking the compassion I have seen elsewhere. Please do better! People do matter."

"I was seen by Morgan Tucker. She has the personality of a rock and does not treat her patients with compassion or care. I obviously had something going on but she was so rushed she didn't introduce herself and it was my 1st ever visit with her. Never again. She was so unconcerned that I didnt feel comfortable discussing anything with her. I waited a year for this appointment to be treated so indignantly. She needs a lesson in bedside manner or another profession. The worst. And this was after I stopped being a pt of Dr Moriss. I thought she was bad but this lady Moragan make her look like Mothe Theresa."

"I cannot speak more highly of the doctors and staff at Wake Forest's Lewisville location. Everyone there, from the front desk to the nursing staff to the doctors, everyone is friendly, smiling, upbeat and thorough. My concerns were clearly explained to me, dealt with promptly and courteously. My doctor was empathetic and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"From the moment you walk through the door, you know you are going to be well cared for at this location. The check-in team is upbeat. The nurses are thorough and helpful. Dr Morris takes the time to thoroughly listen to her patients before making an assessment. She does not seem as if she is rushing to get off to the next patient. My family has nothing but positive experiences at this Lewisville Atrium location."
