"Only giving 2 stars, because the Doctors were amazing when caring for my 3 children. However, we were no longer allowed to be seen there due to having appointments rescheduled or canceled throughout the year. There was no warning or communication given about such policy. As a mother of 3 under 5 it’s super hard to always get them to appointments; especially by myself. Around the time they stopped providing care, my daughter was 3 months old in which I was still dealing with postpartum. I think that’s very inconsiderate & unprofessional to not give a heads up. I wouldn’t recommend."
"Never got around to doing a review and was reminded after moving how awesome Dr. McClung is. We had the best experience with her treating our newborn. She was so kind and instead of rushing you out of the room like most providers do now, she always took to time to explain so many things to us. Even when we did not know what questions to even ask she gave us so much helpful information. We really miss having her as a pediatrician!"
"2 stars simply because some of the younger staff are very sweet. Actual practice needs to weed out older employees. Ran by older, outdated, small town thinking folks. We were bullied for my husband and I not having the covid vaccinations (which is irrelevant to my child's care there?) Then the next visit my husband was bullied and belittled over us not wanting our son vaccinated (TDaP in its fine print lists SIDS as a symptom, no thank you). So we were told we were no longer welcome there, which is fine given the lack of progressive thinking here. I just ask that you get your ducks in a row and stop calling us to schedule a next appointment- we will NEVER be back. If you are in a similar predicament here, switch to High Point Pediatrics!! They mix synthetic medicine and holistic treatments, they have a specific holistic doctor and they absolutely DO NOT require any vaccinations. They are amazing and progressive thinking :)"
"Dr. Anderson, Dr. Saul, Dr. McClung, and most people here are fantastic. The nurses here are great and the nurse practitioners here are really good as well. The only reason Robinhood Peds is getting a 4 star review is because I do not recommend Dr. Rainey. I feel like he doesn’t connect with patients very well at all. I didn’t have any good experiences with Dr. Rainey the two times I’ve seen him. When you go to the doctor you are not supposed to feel judged by anyone, but I felt judged and shamed the entire time. I feel like he doesn’t like his job and he always acts like he’s in a bad mood. He doesn’t make me feel comfortable or at ease. He seems to be in it for the money. He rushes everything and has his assistants interact with the patients rather than interact with his own patients. I don’t like him at all. He needs to retire. Or be fired."
"We had a great experience with dr latta. But the place itself and front desk workers are a different story. We had an appointment at 1050, got there at 1040, waited in the room for 45 min just to be told that there was still once more person for the dr to see before he got to us. We had to leave before seeing the MD because of this and us having to go back to work. When i called to rebook her check up the front desk person was rude and they also couldn’t get us in for over a month. It’s a 30 min drive there and back and people have to take off work for stuff like this. So maybe next time they’re running that behind they could make a phone call before people use their PTO and drag their child 30 min down the road to the dr. If we had showed up that late to our appointment it would’ve been cancelled and we would’ve been charged for it. You’d just think a pediatric office would know the important of a schedule with children and the arrangements that have to be made to get them to their appointments."
