I can't get anyone to pick up the phone (as usual) to talk to. And the mailbox is full. My doctor I like but unfortunately my upcoming appointment will be my last at this office. "Not happy at all with this agency. First, I am assigned a PA that only works for the company once a week so getting answers and help is almost impossible. Secondly, the patient portal is a joke because you need to call the agency to reset it and nobody seems to know how to do that since I have called several times in this past week. In my experience this agency has very poor follow-up and seems to be only interested in their bottom line instead of caring for their clients. I work in mental health and in the past have worked for agencies like this, but as a patient/client I have a choice and it is to no longer pursue treatment with this agency. I have called all week about the patient portal lack of access and my psychotropic medication refill that is due Sunday and cricket, cricket, no call back. I am happy I found out how terribly unprofessional this place was from the beginning. Adios...I will look elsewhere where staff are full time and no just a bunch of once a week part-timers. Really affects the level of care you receive."
