Dr came rushing in, repeated what was wrong with me, which I had told them 3 months ago on the phone but took 2 mins to tell me they don't do that without me paying cash. No cash, boom out the door. Get dressed and have a nice day. It would have been very easy to tell me that on the phone 3 months ago but... guess you don't make money if clients don't come in. Felt like I was pushed through a parts warehouse and shipped out the door."
