Reviews
"I have been coming to daymark for close to 2 years and they have went above and beyond to help me. The staff and doctors are exceptional at what they do and they work with you no matter the circumstances!!!"
"My client has a great therapist and nurse. He is very satisfied with all his help he receives"
"I love daymark they meet any needs that I have and they are always so nice to me. Anytime I need something they are promptly able to help me and edward and Donna help me along during my groups and dr puzac is always very competent when it comes to making sure that I have all the medications I need."
"I’m just now having the courage to write this review. I was here until i was 12-13 because I tried offing myself and my doctor had put me in therapy. My inpatient therapist were amazing so I have no complaints. My problem was with my therapist after being taken out of inpatient therapy. My therapist was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. She tried to diagnose me with MPD after only have one appointment with me, then tried to convince my mother i needed to be sent off for 4 years. She then forged my mothers signature on the documents for me to be sent off. When my mom found out i was immediately taken out of therapy, but the doctor there absolutely refused to refill my 8 different prescriptions they had me on. So me, at the age of 13, I had to go through withdrawals for weeks. How are you going to prescribe a 13 year old 750mg, 500 mg, and 100 mg, then not refilling and FORCE me to go through withdrawals. I’m glad that therapist was fired, but you guys should shut down. You made me make to kill myself more than my other problems"
"If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst experience we have had. We had an appointment 2 days ago. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to be told that the Dr had grabbed the wrong file and was with the wrong patient. We were offered an appointment 3 weeks out and because of the circumstance and I pushed back that we needed it sooner we were told that we could come back in 2 days at 9am. Now it is 9:50 on the second day and we don’t know when we will be seen. I have walked up to the counter twice and was told they don’t know when we will be seen. Our normal Dr can’t see us so we have to see someone else. We understand this is a busy location but this is unacceptable."
