"You cannot get them to answer the phone. My name was incorrectly spelled by the front desk (mistakes do happen). The issue is, this mistake was never corrected and caused issues with my referrals. I couldn’t even get this office to contact me when I was trying to pay them! There is a lady there with a European (esque) accent that rudely interrupted me during my exam and told me and the assistant to go to another room. Horrible place"

"So far not bad and not great. I do like the fact that they can draw your labs right in the office, but there seems to be miscommunication on appointments and scheduling procedures. As I sat with a swollen toe last week due to an ingrown toenail, I was told that it could be taken care of Next Tuesday and I was there on a Friday. So that seemed reasonable, however, When I got to the front desk I was told that it would have to be next Wednesday evening and I am to be back at work on Thursday which seems soon after having the procedure, fast forward forward to Monday I called to see if I could get in earlier because my toe had become increasingly more sore. They said they had some thing possibly the next morning which I could not make. Then they canceled my Wednesday appointment altogether saying that it was a schedule conflict. last I have been there three times and never actually seen a Physician. I would like to at least go there once or twice and have seen a doctor that has an NP managing care once he has recommended treatments and medications."

"I am blown away by the quality of care at this office. From the receptionist at check-in, to the insurance specialist and then to PA Gail. Very kind and friendly with all the thoroughness you could ever want. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Very happy to find this wonderful family practice."

"Love this place. I had been going to a much larger practice for years and never knew what person would be treating me , it’s nice to have a physician that is familiar with you, nurses that recognize and remember you and the front desk is always so welcoming. I get great care here."
