"MY DR. GAVE ME ANOTHER PATIENTS SHOT AND RECORDS…I’ve been going here about 2 years. Everything was great until yesterday. I went in to discuss my allergies. Dr. Sayeh was in a rush because the place was busy. She handled me my lab reports and someone named Stephane’s to take home… she confirmed all of the paper work was mine. She said my b12 level was 170 and I needed weekly injections. She GAVE me the injection. I have SEVERE allergies that can send me into anaphylaxis. I waited in the office 5 mins after the shot and was okay. I get home and read over my labs then notice, that I have Stephane’s paperwork!!! Stephane is the one with low b12! Mine wasn’t checked for over a year. I went to speak to the front desk today. The receptionist told me “this has been happening too often lately. Also that a b12 shot won’t hurt me. She said she will inform the dr of her mistakes”. This could have really been bad if it was more then b12. The fact this has happened more than once is scary. I don’t understand how she didn’t notice this and need to call me?! I am switching providers. Updated: She called me to apologize and it was sincere. She said it taught her a lesson to be careful. She explained, she was super busy and overlooked the paperwork."

"Seriously don't waste your time here. I've waited two weeks for a single prescription that's not controlled to be sent to my pharmacy, as well as a referral for an mri. After calling for two weeks and being assured both were sent lady tells me today that she doesn't know why it wasn't sent but assures me this time it will be. Ok I believe you.... as for the referral after telling me for two weeks it's been sent now they've no idea what I'm talking about. Funny thing is I recorded all phone calls with this practice as I usually do for my records and in case this happens. This doctors office is a complete joke."

"I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love and trust my doctors at Northwood medical center. They are so caring and concerned about health and are very thorough. Dr. Sayeh has an extremely wonderful bedside manner and is one of the nicest people I’ve met. I have one of my sons going to her and I’m about to have my other son start to see her because I just think she is the best in Fayetteville. Beth"
