"They recently opened a store in Longview, been going there since it opened with no problems until a few weeks ago they double charged my card. Issue was taken care of no problem. Then same thing happened again over the weekend as well as it happening to a relative of mine at the same time. They refuse to replace what was charged twice for my relative but I got mine replaced the day before (yesterday) after arguing with the man for a few mins. Now they're saying they can't do anything and we have to contact our bank etc. Just be careful buying stuff from there and make sure they don't charge you twice."
