"When you place an online order to pick up they charge $1.99 fee. Not to mention that they want to over charge me for something that is not even $90.00 that I don’t have a clue why. Try to call and talk to a manger they hang up on you. Trying to figure out why they want to charge a $90.00 when my stuff was only 77.73 plus the $1.99 fee for pick up order. This is why I’m leaving this review because it’s mess up that you try to talk to a manger they hang up on you and they want answer the phone back. After they hung up on. I never had an issue before. Tnis is someone I’m gonna talk to there HR about"

"Food Lion Center Street has one of the nicest groups of employees I've ever dealt with. At the helm most evenings is a young man named Christopher. He is the epitome of what any store would want in customer service. I've seen him do EVERY job from the service counter to checkout and even cart service. His great attitude and ready smile make it a joy to shop this Food Lion. I drive past 3 grocery stores to shop here including another Food Lion."

"Usually my shopping trips are quick and today was not much of an exception. The cashier was supposed to be giving me my change so I could leave but she cleaned her register up. Putting all 20s 10s and 5s in lined up the same way. All I needed was 35 cent chick so I could leave."

"Beware the guy at the register. He leans on the scale when weighing your produce. I had to make him reweigh ginger. I said WOW that's an expensive piece of ginger. He ignored me but I made him do it again. I was of course correct. Then he told me my coupons weren't any good. I called over the manager. She fixed it but was as rude as him. There is one cashier that is amazing. Knows how to bag, courteous and so nice. Good luck with the rest."
