"The name was misleading. I expected a place called "Tobacco World" to be a place that primarily sold tobacco, and to have an above average selection of tobacco products like cigars, pipe tobacco, etc. But instead, I wasted my gas and 30 minutes of my time going to a damn gas station..."

"They have the best customer service they are one of the few places I’ve seen to not serve you if you don’t have the proper things they ask for and that’s great business they don’t care about the money they care about keeping community safe and long what’s right to make sure there business is successful but also not making it successful by doing stuff that is wrong. Not only is it the best place to go for whatever you need it has the best prices best deals and best flavors 11/10 and couldn’t ask for a better store"

"Very rude , refused to take my number down so I could talk to the owner about my issue. Refused to ship me my order because of their own mistakes. Kept shipping orders to my store before we opened and then getting mad we weren’t there to receive items. When finally told that our store opens too late for that route I said they could deliver the items next door to our other business that opens much earlier and they refused because of how many times they shipped the order even though none of this was my fault. Additionally the first time they sent the order they wanted to charge me for a invoice I already paid for so I had to refuse the order , once again being a situation that isn’t my fault. Terrible customer service. I would change my review if the owner would contact me to fix this. No customer should be treated this way. I’ve been trying to get my stuff for 3 weeks and due to strictly the incompetence of tobacco world , I haven’t been able to receive my goods and my store is being affected by the loss of sales."
