"I have been taking my son to Duke neurology for almost 10 years. We have been at this location for 2 years and love it. It is easy to get in and out. Don’t get me wrong we loved the Children’s Hospital but it wasn’t to visit. We have never waited more than 10-15 minutes on a room or the doctor. It feels very personable."

"Doctor never showed up, wasted my gas and time driving out there for nothing. Doctor's don't care they get paid anyway they are laughing all the way to the bank. Staff wasn't professional they are overpaid and don't do anything but sit. I hate that I was referred here and like a dummy I went"

"I had an insurance problem. One of their customer service ladies took a long time to help me figure it out. I wish I had remembered her name. No many people like her willing to take time to help patients. Unlike other doctors' office say: 'never heard about reliance standard' and just hang up my phone, she went to the reliance standard home page to find related information and studied with me. I want to tell everybody about my experience. Such person and actions need to be praise!!! If everybody like her, there would be less conflict."

"The Duke Eye Center is a great facility. All of the tests I needed were in the same building so I didn't have to walk a mile through the hospital. The doctor was amazing and very great at explaining everything to me in a way that I understood. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and very welcoming. During my visit I interacted with 3 different techs. Two of the techs were great and the third was ok but a little on the abrasive/impatient side. Overall my experience was really good. I went in feeling worried and anxious and left feeling calm and a lot better about my vision."

"Dukehealth is an awesome we'll organized hospital sytem. Staff is on point and very professional. I had surgery here and have recovered we'll. I definitely would recommend to others even with the almost 2 hour drive one way and parking garage. Its worth it"
