"I went and saw a PA (Andy) in the ER after being referred by urgent care. He was unprofessional and uncaring and never even listened to my heart with a stethoscope. He did not perscribe what he said he would with the discharge paperwork and referred me to a doctor that isn't taking patients until December. It was frustrating and upsetting and I had to go back to the other doctor to get any help at all. The nurse, EMT, and ER staff were all great. The nurse was exceptional and the only one in the room willing to do more than say "I don't know" I wished their PAs were as good as their other staff. Go elsewhere."

"Everyone here was so kind and amazing. After an absolutely horrible experience at a different ER for the same issue the same week, it was nice to be treated like a human this time at this facility. Dr Billings and Renee took care of me and they went above and beyond to make sure I was actually ok before leaving and I'm actually seeing signs of improvement after treatment. They were also kind people in general- definitely in the right career field. Even the office staff is kind here- I spoke to the office manager to give positive feedback and she was wonderful, as were the other people working the desk. Going to the ER is always going to be an unpleasant experience but these people act with empathy and genuinely care about getting you better. I cannot thank them enough."
