"I took Riley, our Golden Retrever for grooming. (RF) location. To say I'm discussed with the service, and the way my dog looks is the UNDERSTATEMENT !!! I CLEARLY SD TO TRIM HIS TAIL TO 1/2 LENGTH INSTEAD I HV A GOLDEN WITH A POODLE POM TAIL. I ASK FOR HIS PAWS TO B TRIMMED EXTREMELY CLOSE....NO I RECEIVED A GAPPED AND UNEVEN TRIM. LONG HAIRS EVERYWHERE!!!! The service was an ABSOLUTE JOKE.. RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! Please think TWICE B4 YOU TRUST them with your precious loved one !!!!"

"This is the best groomer anyone could ever hope to find. Alanna is very compassionate to the animals and the prices are much cheaper than other groomers that I've been to. She's the only person that my dog will let cut his hair around his eyes and she does a great job every time. Highly recommend this groomer."

"We have used Alanna who owns ENV Pet Spa and Grooming for approximately 7 years. She has groomed and maintained our two Shih Tzu-Poodles, Casey & Berni and has done an excellent job with both. She's a true dog lover and since dogs are certainly better judges of character than people are, Casey and Berni both think Alanna's the greatest. From a skills standpoint there's no cut that she can't do and my wife, Donna, has seen several dogs that Alanna has done besides ours and is amazed at the work she does.
