"I have been to the Troy ER several times with various family members and the staff today (11/05/23) was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They came in and did a bunch of tests on my daughter, which was great, then after waiting AN HOUR I pushed the call button to see how much longer it would be. After I asked them, they ignored me. 20 minutes later someone comes in and says the urine test is all the dr was waiting for. The urine test that they didn’t collect for?? That could have been resolved an hour ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course nothing will be done about it because it’s not their life."
"Been a patient for years and now my meds are not available and they will not switch them to help my pain which is why I go to pain management."
"The whole team works to figure out what's wrong with you! Highly recommend!"
"I went to family medicine years ago and never went back. Chrystal F. Eller, M.D. was highly recommended to me by family. I at the time had only seen her 2 times for two completely unrelated needs. On my third visit, I had gone through a traumatic experience. I wasn't sleeping or eating well, and I just couldn't stop crying. I was a complete wreak. I had asked her for help (at the time mental help changed and if you were anxious or depressed you were told to see your physician. )she acted like she didn't wish to deal with me. Giving out google information was new to me at the time. I just remember a nurse coming in giving me papers off Google and releasing me from their care. I asked the front desk lady if I needed to schedule a follow up and she explained to me that doctor eller didn't wish to see me again. I was not rude to her. I was not yelling or making a scene. I couldn't speak well bc I honestly couldn't stop crying. I needed help and I thought doctors made a oath to help people in need, but doctor eller didn't seem to understand or care to help me when I needed her the most. I wasn't expecting therapy from her i needed help meeting my needs. I needed help calming down. I don't believe I've ever felt more alone and or hated in any other moment in life."
"Little bit of a wait...yes, I get there are emergencies but, every appointment...just frustrating as heck...girl at front desk needs to learn empathy...she does not know meaning of respect either..."
