"It's a nice place to hang out and have some drinks. But that $2 "On premises beer consumption fee per bottle" as my receipt says is really unattractive and feels like a low blow. I'd rather have that amount go to the bartender as a tip."

"I actually have been around the area way before the was a RedLine and I can sincerely tell you, this place improved my life. I work across the street at NCSU campus and coming to RedLine is the most relaxing experience one can hope. Furthermore, the owner Alex is such a friendly guy who always reminds us the specials even we forget. They always accomodate us with all our quirky little demands :) And they deliver too. We constantly keep ordering authentic beers or wines that are hard to come by. Waiters amd waitresses are extremely respectful, never going beyond the boundaries of a workplace. I also have to comment about the bathroom. Unlike all the businesses around the area, you will not get disgusted when going to bathroom here. You can relax and finish your business knowing that everything is clean. The selection is exquisite. The ambiance just works! Give this place a chance!!"
