Picked out a shirt went to check out and waited there for 20 minutes for the person in front of me to price check half of the items in the store. Finally got to check out and the super fine print on the coupon says that the item I picked was excluded. On top of that, the 15% military discount also did not apply to that shirt. I'm done shopping at Kohl's."

"I went to this store with my family to buy some clothes for my toddler, and I was pretty impressed with the selection. Additionally, they have wonderful collections for both men and women in addition to lovely decorative items. They have excellent employees for who give their clients excellent services. In most cases, they will give you a 20% additional discount on top of the cost if you ask for coupons. I was pleased with the services and will return soon."

"Went in to exchange bra's I purchased the week before. But instead of doing and even exchange the customer service lady canceled the original purchase and scanned in the new one. My original purchase sale was$19.99 each I got 3. The new sale was buy one get one half off. So what originally cost$64.00 now was costing $90+. So because of the extra she wanted me to spend I walked out with none. I believe she should have honored my original purchase price. It was only a exchange. Thank you, dissatisfied customer"
