She assisted me into the store and helped me find the shoes I was looking for. She was very sweet, caring, professional. She is an exemplary part of your team. "Good shoe store with a viraity of different kinds of shoes. The sales lady was super nice and went out of her way to help my children. They really enjoyed shopping there. The place was clean and organized and has plenty of parking outside."

"Customer service at it’s worse. She didn’t feel like working. Blaming fellow coworkers. Asked for boots that were on reserve from store to store. Stating there’s no boots reserved and we had to walk to the back of store to show her. Very argumentative and non compliant. Not today missy.. you barked up the wrong tree."

"I had never been here before, but we needed some sneakers for my son last minute so gave it a shot. We found two pairs that he liked that were reasonably priced and name-brands. The store associate was so helpful and attentive. It’s a small store, but they have a good selection of kid shoes (did not pay attention to adult options). Would recommend and will be coming back for more children’s shoes as I’m sure my son will wear out this pair just as quickly as the last! I will note that the store hours are different than what is posted online - they close at 7 on weeknights due to staffing shortages. Thankfully, we made it in time, but that sign is posted on their door as of March 2022."
