"I've been a fan of the store. I've taken my daughter's in several times for trendy sweaters and jewelry. Went in 3 weeks ago, and bought both my Daughter and I a pair of shoes for Vacation. I told the young lady helping us that this was daughter's 1st pair of heels and I myself haven't worn heels in well over 10 years. Decided not to pack my heels and planned on returning. It's been 3 weeks and I can't even get store credit! Who has a 10 day return policy?My Daughter is only 13 and we live less than a mile away. I will Never shop there again because of this."

"I have always loved this store but me and my sister went shopping today, and I literally had the best experience I swear. I am not one to ever even write a review good or bad but I had to today just so everyone knows to COME HERE!!! me and my sister had so much fun, both associates we spoke with were so fun, personable, helpful, and sweet. We spent so much time talking about concerts, and so many other things. You could tell these girls had such great personalities and were not superficial in any way. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold a product” they were just super positive and fun and seemed to genuinely care that we leave satisfied!! As someone who works in retail myself I was super impressed, and immediately want to return to shop for my birthday and hope the same girls are working because they were so sweet and I loved them haha. They started rooms for us, hyped up our outfits, and had such a sweet and fun vibe overall. 11/10 recommend if you want some cute clothes and a great shopping experience :)))"

"the clothes arent the best quality materials, are extremely overpriced, and the service is absolutely terrible. they dont do returns or exchanges, and have false advertisement when they do sales... during the holidays they posted in their window that they were having a 80% off sale or something ridiculous like that, i dont remember exactly but it was a crazy high percentage like that. i got this green sweater jacket, and when i checked out, she told me to insert my card before informing me of my total, and the screen on their card reader had not loaded the price. i trusted that their sale was honest. my card had been ran, i had been charged. i was charged $50. i then asked her about why iw as charged so much when it shouldve been about $10-$15 with the sale (i calculated it before i checked out) and she said "only certain marked items by a sticker apply for the sale" GIRL WHAT?? u shouldve said that before. i told her i wanted a refund bc i was not expecting to pay $50 and she said she cant refund me and can only do store credit. after that experience why would i want store credit?? like tf? after that im nor gonna come back. this place is terrible. waste of your money, you can get cuter things on shein that look better. i know it doesnt take $50 to take a white tank top and cut off the midriff and now its a crop top"

"Daughter needed 8th grade dance and grad. attire. All staff were super helpful, pulled things they thought she may like and even styled her with shoes. Helped with what to wear foundation because some were 1strap or strapless. Best of all she felt pretty and trendy. So much more than just buying a dress, empowering young ladies confidence, beauty and self esteem . Huge thank you and Great Experience."
