"This is the second time I've left on my own and went to a different hospital. First time was a sexual assault in where they sent a male police officer to talk to me claiming they had , "no females on duty that night", lies because THEY HAVE TO! Said male officer had a very hard time following what i was saying and I had to remind him that he needed my social. Talk about incompetent. This last time was terrible as well. Not only did I ask for hours with help for a migraine, which they offered Tylenol which up until then had no effect but I also asked for something for my stomach around 7am and I kept asking and by the time 7pm rolled around I was done. They also have no idea how to secure a colostomy bag in the critical care unit? They admitted that out loud themselves and said they had to wait for another nurse to get there who knows about them. My poor neighbor in my room was constantly struggling because of this. I'll drive to park west next time for sure. OH and when I signed myself out and got the migraine medicine I know works and some stool softener, surprise surprise I felt better in those departments. When you hit your call button for hours someone should come. And maybe try to help. Only came around when scheduled for vitals . And even when I asked that nurse got no response for hours. Never going here again."

"Must be a different place these other people rated so poorly. Last night at the ER I was taken in before registration was complete. CT and x-rays were taken right away and Dr Kerny was in the room within 5 minutes. He was a hoot, great personality amidst my trauma. Everyone had a job to perform and everyone performed professionally and compassionately. This is my second encounter with this facility and I could not be more satisfied. Great job everyone."

"After reading some of these awful reviews, it occurred to me the hospital staff at the administrative level needs a complete overhaul. The poor man with the obvious kidney issues and being in so much pain and allowed to suffer is absolutely inhumane. This case alone should warrant an internal investigation, and the people responsible for lack of care should be held accountable. We should all be willing to start contacting the hospital CEO and the news because we all deserve better care."

"My husband had surgery here today and I have to share how well he was taken care of. From registering, to pre op, and ending in recovery, everything was amazing. Sandra B, his pre-op RN was so great. She has the best bedside manner, as a RN myself, I felt like my husband was being cared for as I would have done it. She helped make him laugh and ease some anxiety before his procedure for him. The OR nurse called me within 5 mins from the start of his surgery to let me know he was doing okay, the post op RN was very sweet in helping him discharge at his pace. I can’t thank the team here enough for the great care."

"Everything moves incredibly slow in their EMERGENCY ROOM. I got a huge bill without even being seen by a doctor. A nurse came in couldn't figure out what it was and just sent me home to wait it out. The front desk staff ball parked the amount of bill would be around $500, but guess what I got billed for $1500."
