"Pharmacy Staff very rude tonight 1/11/24. Their attitude is terrible. Just go home if you’re going to be rude to customers that are supporting you. You dont deserve your income. The 2 girls which one was blonde with glasses and the other had brown hair with a man bun have no personality and are the rudest techs I’ve ever experienced. Will take business else where."

"The pharmacist now is a joke. She will lie to your face knowingly.. then when you tell her you know she lied she just lies more. She's ignorant."

"The pharmacist Carl has to be the rudest person I have ever seen working at a CVS. He has denied me my medications on multiple occasions, always changing his story multiple times as to why I can’t have my medication in the middle of telling me why. He has named called me, accused me of lying, and frequently walks away while I am trying to ask a question or seek clarification. I can be in the middle of a sentence and he will walk away like I don’t exist. He also frequently walks up to the pharmacy counter and scoffs at me then walks away. I have been a customer at this CVS for 2 years and never seen him smile or show any twinge of friendliness. He appears angry or depressed every time I see him. I always fear coming to get my medication because he so frequently makes up reasons why I am being denied my meds."

"This store (and its staff) is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! Avoid at all costs. They do not answer the phone, ever. Over the past 3 days I've called over 10 times and been on hold for over 3 hours! I'm handicap and cannot easily come into the store myself for help. This is unacceptable from a pharmacy! Today I was forced to go into the store in person to sort out an error on their part and was treated like a dog! Yasmin, one of the pharmacy techs is obnoxiously rude and ugly to customers and no one steps in. She's a bully and needs to be fired! I waited my turn in line then asked her for help and she refused to assist. I then asked for corporates number.... she gave me the stores main number...... she then started yelling at me in front of everyone that they are obviously too busy for me and to " have a very very blessed day" ..... I would have rather been kicked or spit on by this joke of human being. Her customer service skills are non existent and she's going to get someone hurt or killed with her negligence to people's medication needs..... Someone needs to step in and clean house ASAP! I will no longer use this pharmacy, and in fact my experience was so bad that I refuse to use CVS anymore at all.... The sad part is, after this happened I had other shoppers ask me for corporates number (which I received from another staff member) as well and stated they will never shop that store either. What a joke of a place!!!!"

"Worst experience that I have had with any pharmacy! My CVS experiences are normally wonderful but today the pharmacy manager was horrible. She was rude, disrespectful and had terrible customer service. I've been in the hospital all morning worried about my son and the last thing I needed was that experience. Then when I asked her name she said she was the pharmacy manager... Ok? I was a General Manager and I didn't treat customers like that, because you are a manager doesn't give you permission to be a horrible person. Not once did I get disrespectful or nasty with her, I just couldn't hear her, she was quiet until she started raising her voice at me and started with smart comments."
