"Took my 97 year old father to urgent care because he fell and was experiencing massive back pain. He was x-rayed and nothing was found. A day later due to continued terrible pain he went to ER and another x-ray clearly and easily found that he had broken the thoracic 7 back bone. Really, I mean really? My doctor ( name not mentioned) has cancelled my appointments 3 times in a row. I see her every six months. Last three times, I have had to reschedule. Not my doing, but her’s. Atrium health, this entire practice needs major improvement. On my part, they really can’t get much worse. But on the benefit of any doubt, I will give them 3 stars."

"Unbelievable, waited three months for an appointment with my primary, and on the morning of my appointment, it was cancelled. No phone call, and they had the nerve to reschedule me without even calling me to inform me of the cancellation or new scheduled appointment. I just happened to check my account, since this is not the first time that this has been done to me, prior to leaving out and noticed the cancellation. Now mind you, I am not at my home right now and I would have been traveling 2.5 hours to get to my doctors office. Which I did not have a problem doing since I set this entire day aside just for this appointment. No courtesy call or anything! Highly disappointing! I phoned in to speak with scheduling and was advised that my original appointment was cancelled but did not list a reason and that it was rescheduled for the next day at 12. My question to the scheduling agent was why I was not informed of either? Now if I would not have phoned in and made aware of the rescheduled appointment, and did not show up, I would have been hit with a no-show fee! I respectfully declined the rescheduled appointment. It is time for me to find a new primary and a new facility. Unbelievable!"

"The place is now run by wake forest medical. That was once a positive. It is no longer. I'm certain that some of the people that you encounter here will be friendly and the facility is nice but this is not a place to get quality Healthcare."

"It was fine. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the mammography office has a separate entrance on the back of the building and I could have avoided going through the main lobby and elevators during flu season. But the building is very nice, clean, and easy to navigate."

"I love going to this building for any medical issues it's a very big building check-in is usually very quick and a little tip don't check in at the front desk just go to whatever floor your doctors on and check in at the desk there that way you don't have to wait in line. Another tip is I go through my chart and check in and pay my co-pay and signed the HIPAA form online before I even go to my visit so once I'm there and waiting the next person I see the doctor so just a little tip. I see Jane Kaulitz, who is an amazing PA. she's always very kind and makes sure appointments are fast and valuable."
