"This is ridiculous they will just sit there n not open the door with a line outside and its cold. Then get in and they just sit behind the desk n not calling the number and they all have attitudes smh.... They really dont care at all ... This is not away to run a business the old white lady diana and the older black lady. This is when u walk in. The back doctors n nurses are great. Its the ppl in front yall really need to talk to them about this they dont have to have an addiude like that omg it really crazy its everytime i come in here the same ladys"

"Checked in at 1000, for wheezing and shortness of breath. I've been in still at 1:30pm no x-rays, lost my urinalysis cup,ordered twice. I had to let them know I had already done the cup and why was I being held ok x-rays even with doing UA ? LPN was nice and xray techs were kind however no one in express care sector communicated to get the stuff done in a smooth process. This definitely will be my last time going to urgent care here. I recommend anyone who needs to be seen to go somewhere else with a better communicative team."

"Would like to rate this experience and staff with a 5 star. Everyone was polite except during the exit process. She was rude and condescending... shouldn't be dealing with people. The rest of the visit was pleasant, smooth and swift. From security process, checking in, first processing with vitals....she was such a happy person it rubs off onto others, speaking with the nurse, being seen, x-rays. My prescriptions were at the pharmacy being filled when I arrived."

Everyone I encountered from the security guard, to reception/intake, to getting care, and checking out was professional, made us comfortable, and treated us with care. Such a great experience compared to what I’ve had elsewhere."
