"Parking is a nightmare. But you get good clinical care once you can take the mile hike from the parking deck. I cannot recommend valet it takes the drivers forever to bring your car around."

"Waited for the longest to get an appointment, one time I came all they did was make me pee in a cup and prescribed me miralax which I didn’t need and still charged me over 1k for the appointment that was only 30 mins, I still left in pain. I scheduled a return appointment a month later and turns out I can’t be seen bc they scheduled me a 1:45 appointment that I was not aware of, help desk tried to help and could not get another appointment till a month out and again leaving with same pain I came here a month ago about. Will not be coming back to Duke. Over charged and bad services, a lot of students or beginners and not enough experienced professionals. Not to mention how snotty front desk was when they asked “ can’t you take a day off work “"

"I felt cared for and supported at every moment of my time at the clinic. Everyone, from the in take nurse, to the resident ob, the supervising physician, the observing med student, and the nurse present at the procedure was empathetic and patient with all my questions. It was sad circumstances that I was there, but I’m happy to have that experience with this clinic and their team. Thank you."

They saw me through a complicated pregnancy at 42 and I truly felt cared for in every aspect. Definitely recommend!"

"I ended up having to have an emergency hysterectomy and several painful iron infusions, after almost a year of recovering and finding out that I now have a condition that is permanent because of the complete lack of empathy that duke hospital showed me! They did no blood work, no ultrasound but told me there was nothing wrong! I knew there was something wrong so I purchased a private health insurance and went to the Mayo Clinic , they did a hysterectomy immediately and said. Would have died if I had not have went to them! I am now still fighting for my life , but it's time duke owns up to what they did to me , stay away from this place! I am not the only woman that had almost died due to the lack of empathy they have , I have been able to get a hold of other women that were treated the same way I was, it took me a year to track them all down , but I'm ready and they are ready to have this hospital own up to what they did !"
