"I made an appointment and paid in advance for a urinalysis. Was called in a half hour after my appointment time. The technician cannot figure out how to execute the test. Nearly peed in a corner"

"I didn’t want to write a review about this horrible place but I may as well. The doctors upstairs are rude and unprofessional. I’ve been there several times before they’re no help at all. Las time I was there, I had to drop off a sample of something and I’ve been waiting for a while. I’ve knocked on the door several times and nobody answered. Even a lady and her son were there and they’ve been waiting too. I don’t know how long they were waiting but I assumed it was a long time because she didn’t have any patience and left. She did the right thing. I know the doctors were in there because I could hear them. Even the red hair lady who I assume is the manager was also disrespectful. She got a phone call from someone asking for help and she didn’t help at all. She snapped at the customer and hung up and complained “why are people so rude” and I wanted to tell her “the only reason they’re disrespectful to you is because you’re disrespectful to them” if the doctors in diagnostic center are reading this and I hope y’all are please know that you’re all disrespectful and unprofessional at your job. If you want to continue to keep your place open then do your job instead of being lazy and rude. Thank you."

"An old man in vehicle 80762 on Oct 20th at around 5PM drove across three lanes in front of a tanker truck as well as other oncoming traffic to drive in a turning lane and merge into straight lanes with no signal. Extremely disrespectful and dangerous and your drivers car privileges should be closely monitored. We were around three gas stations and the damage that could have been caused would have lost dozens of lives."

"I was reluctant to leave a negative review. I was just there to get labs prior to surgery in a few days. I was warned the wait was long. Even people with appointments were waiting in a room growing crowded. Not a single name was called for about 30 minutes. Not a single employee to be seen although I could here people talking coming from down the hall. I called my doctor to complain and was told to go to Lab Corp on Roxie Ave. I was first in line and back in my car in about 15 minutes. Thank goodness for Lab Corp"

"There were two people working (one was new) so, long wait, gloves and bandage wrappers on the floor, I will say that the redhead with pretty blue-green eyes was very friendly and it didn't hurt at all when she drew my blood. I do have a mark now."
