"I was a customer with Superior for 4 yrs. I would just renew my car insurance through them every 6 mos. Finally, I called them to shop around for a new, cheaper policy for me. Left a msg and didn't receive a call back until 3 1/2 hrs and then was told a cheaper policy was not available, my old policy was the cheapest out there. Went online and got the same policy $350 cheaper annually and $150 plus 15% cheaper if paid in full for 6 mos. I don't believe they even tried to look for a cheaper policy for me. If I could give them zero stars I would. Addendum to response: No, Now I'm paying $18 less a month for 6mos than I was with you which was $57-$59 a month for 21 yr old truck with minimal coverage. I went to Auto Direct which has local offices and online services."
