"I come to this location a lot since it's close to my house and have always had great service. I took my wifes Jeep in today for a rear windshield wiper raplacement. Connor ordered me the correct part, had it in within 2 hours, and installed it for me before end of day. He was awesome and I will definitely be coming back."
"Great service at this location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all your car-related questions. Additionally, being attached to the Advance Auto Parts distribution center ensures they have everything you need in stock. When I came in seeking a new battery, Angel provided excellent assistance, getting me the required battery and replacing it. He was incredibly friendly and shared tips to extend my battery's life."
"Always so helpful at this location. I have never walked in and left without getting exactly what I need. Because it has the warehouse they can pull specific parts not found at other stores. Additionally they price match here. Had an awesome experience with employee Cecilio, real kind honey employee. Will come back here for all my business"
"The E. Millbrook store has deepest inventory of hard to find Auto parts. Being colocated with a parts warehouse really helps! They offer very competitive pricing too. My "go to" place!"
"I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered 11 items, of those items only 4 were usable (2 of which were bottles of antifreeze). The rest were missing or damaged. PKP0B3 - Qty 2 - Antifreeze - No issues noted 10333 - Qty 1 - Radiator Cap - Missing 215112 - Qty 1 - Fan Clutch - No issues noted 58-506 - Qty 1 - Water Pump - Gasket torn 431384 - Qty 1 - Radiator - Core crushed 5060883 - Qty 1 - Belt - Missing 89006 - Qty 1 - Idler Pulley - Missing 35390 - Qty 1 - Thermostat Gasket - Missing 999380A - Qty 1 - Tensioner - No issues noted 5244-192 - Qty 1 - Thermostat - Missing I have literally spent hours on hold trying to get in touch with someone from "customer service." I've left voicemails for the "next available customer service representative to call me back"... 2 days ago... still no call. I've sent emails and received one "attempt" to "resolve" the issue and that was an offer to submit a UPS claim on my behalf. Whoa. Don't go out of your way to submit a claim for me. You're really doing me a favor there guy. After SEVERAL calls, literally hours spent on hold over those calls, voicemails, emails sent, calls to local stores, an in store visit to talk to someone locally... I finally got to talk to someone in "customer service" after being on hold for 52 minutes. I could've already completed the repairs in the time I've wasted trying to resolve this issue. I found out that the UPS claim that they went out of their way to do for me wasn't submitted. I was told that they're really sorry (might as well follow that up with "these are unprecedented times and we're doing our best to keep our employees and customers safe because we're all in this together" - yeah right... I ordered this stuff online to "keep everyone safe and avoid unnecessary travel and trips to the store to avoid exposing others or myself"... I see how that worked out). People are out of work, spending money they can't afford to spend to fix cars that they can't afford to replace and this is what to expect. $500 spent for 2 gallons of antifreeze, a belt tensioner, and a fan clutch. The rest of the parts are damaged or missing. But hey, let's not forget the great lengths Advance Auto Parts went to by submitted that shipping claim on my behalf. They really went above and beyond. The good news is the claim should only take another 8 business days to reach a conclusion, which will require me to contact UPS, provide pictures, have the boxes prepared for UPS to pick up, etc. Then I'll have to wait however many additional days beyond that for Advance Auto Parts to provide me with the missing or damaged parts. Keep in mind I ordered these parts on April 8th, you know, trying to "do my part to keep everyone safe." By the time this is resolved and I have the parts, we're looking at a month. But hey, they did file that shipping claim for me. Good thing I don't rely on this vehicle to take my essential working self to work. But some people do. Overall, I give Advance Auto Parts 10/10 stars... for being totally worthless. I will never ever spend a single penny with that company ever again."
