"This was a rough visit. For a filling replacement the dentist gave more focus to the hygienist/assistant in training. The unexplained use of a plastic dam to me, coupled with the assistant in training having no understanding of the patients need, and the assistant’s hesitance with using vacuum/suction was expressly uncomfortable. I have never before felt like I was going to drown at the dentist. I have never before experienced pain as the dentist administered numbing by needle to the roof of my mouth. I have never before experienced such miscalculation on the width/breadth of the filling meeting my bite. I was traumatized by this dentist. I am a 62 year old woman. I have been attended by dentists for years. This was an awful experience."

"Many years ago, I had my teeth examined here, X-rays, and had a doctor's appointment, costing over $600. The quote for extracting four wisdom teeth was over $2000. At that time, I found it too expensive and decided not to have them extracted. It wasn't until last year when I had a tooth extracted at a clinic in Roanoke for less than $300. It's really expensive here."
