Nervous as expected but from the receptionist to anyone you have contact with you will be treated with respect and they will turn a not so pleasant day to not so bad. Even recommended a great place for breakfast. Getting information before you leave is also helpful. Dr. Elshenawy took precaution and sent my sample out.
