"This vendor provided the most professional service from begining to the end. Dr. Adams, Mr. Moses, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Maria, Ms. Ashley and the financial clerk were all so wonderful. And the ambiance of the facility cast all fear away. You are handled great. The music is relaxing. I went in for extractions and before I knew anything my procedure was complete. I prayed before going in, during and coming out. The Spirit of the business is par excellent. You will be most satisfied with his service. Thank you Dr. Richard Adams and staff for your care and attention to detail. Very satisfied customer."
"The staff was professionally courteous. The doctor's chairside manners while administering the local anesthetics were admirable. They monitored and talked you through every phase of the procedure. They give reassuring attention to the patient."
"I got two teeth extracted last year. I have a bad fobia with dental tools. They freak me out badly, but Dr. Adams made sure I was completely comfortable. I was under sedation but afterwards I never felt any pain. I'm going in for two more extractions and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The staff is amazing. All of them. For me I couldn't give enough stars to either Dr. Adams or his staff there. I really appreciate all the efforts and understanding when it comes to my treatment plans and how the surgery goes. I feel very comfortable going to them even though I don't care for dentists."
"My daughter got her 4 wisdom teeth removed and we had a great experience , the staff is very kind and friendly , Dr. Adams is very professional and knowledgeable, they have a very good system of reminders about appointments and instructions about the procedures . I couldn’t recommend enough . Thank you so much."
"I’m rating 5 stars for a few reasons in-spite of one account that may put others off but for me wasn’t a big deal. First off their staff 10/10 seriously I don’t know if they all go to etiquette school or if they all somehow became this way out of circumstances but wow. I came in after seeing an ER dentist as well as my regular dentist to extract my 30 and 31 due to a pretty severe infection that caused agony like nothing else. Regular dentist tried your basic numbing agents as well as a nerve block along the entire alveolar nerve (straight through the bone) which did not numb enough to surgically extract. As you can imagine the pain I experienced for over a week on a long weekend was something I wish on no one. I called and got the pre-op appointment for Tuesday (which was the earliest) and was on the books for Wednesday morning. Surgery went well, quick in and out in about an hour start to finish. I have dental insurance that just renewed that should have covered the entire bill however insurance only covered $188 and I had to pay the remaining $900 (approximate). I’ll sort that out. You do need to pay first at least half and the other half is due day of surgery prior to extraction. Now the one thing that might throw some off is the Doctor’s bedside manner was a little lacking. He was very busy so maybe that was a part of it, I spent about 45 mins waiting another 15 mins in the room and about 3 mins with the dentist. This doesn’t bother me as I’d rather you be good at what you do than be palatable. I’m sure on less busy days he spends more time on each patient. Absolutely will be going back to get more work done in the future if needed."
