"They were able to squeeze me in today as a walk in for a tooth that was causing me pain. I walked in around 12, got an appt for 2:30, was in the back by 2:35 and out the door by 3:30. The staff was nice, but not overly/“fake” nice which I liked, made sure I was comfortable/pain free throughout the procedure and made me feel at ease during a vulnerable time. I’ve already scheduled my return visit to get a cleaning/full exam."

"Great customer service. Ms. Rochelle did an awesome job keeping me calm while doing my cleaning. Ms. Miriam was great explaining my treatment. Ms Deisha was great . Come to find out she is a good friend of my son. Overall my fear of dentists turned out to be a great experience. Will continue to use Aspen dental."

"Friendly staff. Pretty quick service. They don’t do same day extraction so there’s that. Other than that, quality service. They can even break down what’s being said Barney style so you’ll have a better understanding of your options and payment plans/method. They even finance so there’s that, too."

"Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience with this company hasn’t been a good one. During my first appointment, the staff seemed to be overbooked because they forgot I was in the office; I was only there for x-rays & a treatment plan. After getting my treatment plan and scheduling my hygiene appointment I was told I could pay the balance or half towards the upcoming appointment, I assumed it was the standard policy. The treatment plan included reseating a crown. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am on 11/29/23, I arrived early and after a chaotic check-in was asked if I could come back at 2:30pm or 3:30pm. I advised the representative that it wasn't possible because I was headed back to work. We agreed on 2:30pm for 11/30/23 instead. The appointment today was speedy. After getting back to my office I realized that my bite wasn't in alignment so I called the office back to express my concerns and was advised that "once it's cemented there's nothing more that can be done." It would've taken two seconds for the dentist to have ensured it would be in proper alignment BEFORE cementing it! I canceled my upcoming hygiene appointment and requested a refund. I was not valued as a patient nor was my time respected in addition to my added discomfort of not being able to chew on the left side of my mouth at all! The ladies that work in the office are friendly but based on the overall customer service experience, I will NEVER go back to this office!"
