I shared with her my concern about having small veins and the difficulties I usually encounter during blood draws. She took extra care to ensure my comfort and was incredibly patient and understanding. "I had a terrible experience here with my 4 year old. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They ordered the wrong blood test and blamed it on their system being down so I had to bring her in to get Re stuck a few days later. I was already annoyed at that but the icing on the cake was the second phlebotomist(blonde with lots of tattoos) said she has been playing with needles for 30 years. Told me my daughter had great veins and it was ok to stick children up by their upper arm and wrist(which it’s not), then continued to use a huge gage needle instead of a butterfly needle on my 27 lb child. She did not get the vein(surprise) and instead of re positioning the needle already in her arm, she removed it from her skin and poked her again immediately after, still didn’t get anything. I walked out because my daughter was in tears and in pain at this point. This place tramautized my daughter who was originally great with blood work."
