"Everything from beginning to end was fantastic! There was no wait time and Rachel is an exceptional receptionist. Once taken back to the MRI Imaging ~ Emerald/Morgan/John explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew fully what to expect. They ensured I was comfortable and gave me a warm blanket as I am cold natured. MRI took about 20 minutes. I would recommend this imaging center for all imaging needs. I give it a most definite five star rating. There is also easy in/out access to the facility! Thank you! We drove from Wythe County in Virginia and would do it again!"
