"3 stars but only for the phlebotomist who salvaged my draw this morning. The first phlebotomist was rude and had a painful failed attempt. If it weren't for the other person working, I was about to leave and try again for a different day when she wouldn't be there. If someone is polite to you and you are indifferent, talk down to them, and then treat them like a pincushion, you shouldn't have your job! You're getting paid to cause people harm and I'm there to manage my chronic health condition as a paying client. So rude!!!!"
