"Every time I've seen Pickens Rec 10U boys basketball teams play, the parents act absolutely ridiculous. The Coach from tonight, his wife was yelling and stomping her feet and talking about the kids on the other team. The assistant coach (who almost got thrown out) also had his lady there, she was actually coming out of the stands yelling at the refs trying to say they weren't applying the right rules.( they actually were following the rules) Other parents from the Pickens team were purposely yelling at the kids on the other team to distract them.. I could go on and on.. I used to play for Pickens (volleyball) and now after seeing that they now have no respect for children, or class, it's almost embarrassing to say that is where I'm from.. it's sad really. Pickens used to not act that way."

"All of my 7 children have played here over the years.every 1 knows every one the real my home town service."

"1 star due not the Pickens rec center but for the coaching staff of the 10u all star team plays kids on both sides offense and defense. We drove all the way to abbeville for my son to play. He was never put he stood on the side line with another player that never was put in. The coaching needs to be terminated and not allowed to coach any more. It’s ridiculous shows favoritism and refused to let my kid play. The coaching should not be allowed to coach the next game or any games for the rest of there life’s in any county."

"Went to watch my niece play Volleyball yesterday evening. My first time there. They won the game. From what I seen it was a decent rec center."
