"I've been ordering here since I moved to benson a couple of years ago. I havent ordered in a few months because they don't deliver anymore. Never had a problem until tonight. I ordered online for pickup. I had a large order so I always check everything before leaving. I noticed my bag was missing my 5 ranch I paid for and my side salad. The girl up front didn't have a ticket in her hands to check anything so she just handed them to me in a bag. I could tell she was training so I was patient with her. Walked out, get to my car and checked my salad bag and noticed my salad was missing green peppers (my favorite) so I went back in and asked for some. Her trainer told me green peppers didn't come on the side salad only the large ones came with it. she said the side salad only had tomato, cucumber, cheese....ok..so she handed me a side of green peppers. I got home tonight thinking maybe they changed the menu so I looked and noticed I was right, they have not. I opened my salad and also noticed I was missing my olives, croutons and crackers. My salad was my main meal. If the menu has changed it needs to be updated online. If the menu is the same the staff needs more training on it apparently. Back of the house great job because everything was delicious as always but this place needs more work with the front staff."

"We had a party this past Saturday and needed a large number of pizzas. I called on Friday and was able to speak with an employee who was very helpful in advising me on the number and size of pizzas to order to accommodate the number of guests. I was able to place the order and pay that day and designate a time for pickup for Saturday, which made things incredibly easy for me as the host as I could send someone else to pickup. Our order was prepared on time and almost every guest commented on how delicious the pizza was! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and felt that the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of food we had. Thanks so much and will definitely be using again for parties in the future!"

"We have ordered here 3 different times so far and not once have we had any complaints or issues. The food has been excellent, fully cooked, crispy and full of flavor. The customer service in-house has been respectful, professional and prompt. One time the driver was maybe 5 mins past the estimated delivery time and he called just to assure us he was en route and thanked us for our patience. Commendable. Thank you."
