"POOR, TERRIBLE, AWFUL COMMUNICATION! My family of 7 has been to Wild Bear Falls multiple times, and we’ve enjoyed it. We talked to our extended family about it, headed there, but we were just turned away because they’re at “100% capacity at the resort and it’s the weekend”. Fine; HOWEVER, there was ZERO communication on the website or even WHEN WE CALLED to check on reserving a cabana (yes, we mentioned staying off site). We have 8 disappointed kids, 4 parents, and 2 grandparents! Sincerely, a mom who planned the entire day to open the water park and enjoy the fun… poor customer service rejected that idea!!"
"10/2023 the roof is under construction and open in areas… the day we visited, it was cold and rainy outside, so unfortunately it was also cold and raining inside. One water slide also wasn’t working. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was blocked to the outside. The Lazy River was nice and long. The kiddie splash pad was very fun. The hot tubs were nice and hot. Plenty of benches and chairs. We would have appreciated knowing the conditions of non working features when buying the tickets because we only lasted about an hour because of the chilliness. I imagine if the roof was closed, the water and air would have been warm and the slide was working, it would have been a 4+ star experience for us."
"First time visiting, it was very nice, it is definitely great for kids, I will be bringing my grandkids when they come visit. There is plenty of seating area. They have a second floor looking down at the pool area. It has tables and chairs to eat whatever you get from the snack bar. The snack bar has pizza, wings, sandwiches, and drinks."
"The water park in general is nice, geared more towards a younger crowd. One of the two slides were out of order. The cabanas that were for rent were sort of a joke. The place was empty and had plenty of seating everywhere. The water was on the colder side, so hot tub was nice. The lazy river was our favorite until it started getting crowded mid day. The admission price is not worth it ($28.95+ tax) per person. There is better options out there that offer more bang for your buck. We will probably just use the free pools on site if we stay on property in future. It has potential, so maybe if they add more attractions with future growth we will visit again."
"Part of the Westgate Resorts on premise indoor water park. The place had a lazy river, 2 large water slides, kiddy play areas and 2 large hot tubs. The place had everything for all ages. Our family loved it. I especially loved the hot tub that was separate on the other side of the building that had indoor and outdoor access. I relaxed while the kids played. My only criticism is that they close at 7pm. Wished they opened until later. Thought the Waterpark was a great amenity to the resort."
