"Peaceful area to relax and read a book or play guitar on a bench or take your lunch break. Beautiful shade trees and flowers. Someone added a neat little gazebo. Even night time is cozy there and I often meet my friends at this little downtown spot. Neat place to catch a picture of the moon and the cross on top of the church. I love this lil spot. Even traded out some books at the little book cabinet there. Painted rocks to leave by the tree for others to see. Two orange Sweet kitties who live there too. I've been feeding them."

"Quaint, a small outdoor park with a small seating area, a few picnic-type tables to enjoy your meal, read a book, or watch the birds and squirrels. The park is rightfully named as it has a plethora of pecan trees to enjoy the shade. There are a few little surprises such as a miniature gnome /fairy village placed at the base of one of the utter border trees. There is also a small dedicated rock garden with tastefully painted stones. Summer is a great time to visit the area but you are likely to enjoy this very small, quaint little park tucked nicely in between businesses and parking lots at any time of the year."

"This is a nice small park area for just sitting and relaxing. The Farmers market will be starting on Thursday evenings beginning in April. Be sure to check out the cute rock garden and the Book swap box. Located in the heart of downtown."
