"I trying call but nobody answered"
"I went in for a tour and a teacher was screaming so loudly at the children that she couldn't hear me knocking on the door of the playroom. A few months later I see pictures on Facebook where a child had marks on his arms from a teacher grabbing him. Both incidents the owner/director was notified and said something along the lines of how respected the facility is in the community."
