"This place was amazing. Stop by the visitors center for all your info and directions. While there you can take a loop hike that starts right off the office steps. JUST MAKE SURE YOU BRING A WALKING STICK, if you need help walking, or its damp out there. It is not a stroll. Once on the trail you can take the path to the mine ( new wood steps to get there. The walk was awesome. Then drive to the top and walk up the path (lots of parking and people walking up and down to get to the top)! The view is amazing! Cant wait to go back to see the sun rise!"

"One of my absolute favorite spots on this earth! Come here regularly to hike the Grassy Ridge Bald trail. 5 miles, fairly moderate, anyone with a decent pair of hiking boots can do it, and extremely beautiful with panoramic views! I do my best to show someone this hike every time I go because everyone should check this place out. For those who are a bit inexperienced with elevation, it's typically a bit colder up here, if you're coming from areas of lower elevation."
