This property spans several acres and consists of a large pavilion with nine oversized doors opening on three sides to the tranquil scenery of the lake. The pavilion has large fans to keep cool, restrooms with showers, a simple kitchen, and equipment to accommodate sound, seating, and dining for up to 320 people.
