"I called my favorite Cvs on 321 this afternoon and spoke personally with the pharmacist Matthew F. I asked Matthew if he would make a special accommodation for my mother who has dementia, and to administer her flu shot in the car. With no hesitation, Matthew said sure, and gave me instructions on how to proceed. Matthew was extremely gentle with my mother. Our whole family has used Matthew personally for all of our vaccinations due to his outstanding customer service. We are grateful, and so appreciative of him, and his outstanding customer service and professional, and trustworthy caring pharmacist for our community."
