"I received exemplary service at this UPS store in Garner, NC, from an associate named Maddie. I arrived with returns, and I thought I had all the labels I needed. I was quite wrong - there were more products than labels, and it involved a call to my partner while I was in the store to sort it out. Maddie was just phenomenal. She was super-organized and immediately assessed the problem, telling me step-by-step what needed to be done, which enabled me to quickly take care of it with my partner on the phone. She was incredibly pleasant during the entire process, succinctly and effortlessly conveying to me that I was not clueless (though I know I actually was, but she made it seem like it happens all the time and was no big deal). I am a Social Worker by profession, which is why pleasant and efficient customer service stands out to me. She was a model for what customer service should be, and I could absolutely see her doing trainings to help newer associates understand the elements of good service. I also know from experience that this reflects well on management, since the store’s manager(s) had to train her at some point, so I also want to shout out the management of this store for such a pleasant experience."

I needed copies of travel documents, scanned copies to a flash drive and pdf's sent to government entities and it was all done quickly and reasonably.
