"We do a lot of escape rooms and have done many in Myrtle beach. This experience was different. The location is great and so is the decor. The room was really cool although some clues didn’t flow very well. I also felt like there was only one clue at a time so having 4+ people doing one clue is time consuming. We were told to arrive 10 min early, we got there about 15 min early and just sat around waiting while the staff was in the back. So not sure why they say to be there early. The girl who checked us in didn’t seem like she was happy. There was no conversation or excitement. She was good at keeping up with us in the room and helping with clues when we got stuck. We were a bit disappointed at the end. There was no excitement on completing the room and we were ushered out quickly. She didn’t ask if we wanted a picture or even if we wanted to book another room. We will go back because the rooms are worth it but the staff needs some training on customer interaction and being more a part of the experience."

"Had family here from out of town and decided to give this place a try. We booked the Atlanta room We have all done escape rooms before but this was a horrible experience. First of all the only explanation was a paper on the side of the building. The staff was so rude! The girl that was supposed to be giving us the clues basically accused my husband for a broken lantern that was that way when he picked it up. She acted like we were bothering her by being there. I asked for clues several times before she would answer. Then when she heard me voicing my concern for how she was acting she literally stopped talking and made someone else take over. I have never experienced this at any other escape rooms. There was no explanation at the end on what we would have had to do to escape or anything.No wonder there’s only an 18% escape rate. I would not recommend or go back to this place."

"This was our first time trying an escape room. We had no idea what we were doing until a staff member helped us and we needed lots of help. Without help we would never have gotten out.So much fun and so many laughs. All of the staff members were so friendly and made this a great experience. Would highly recommend."

"It was our first time doing this and we had a ball. At first we had no idea what we were doing but our staff member was so much help and after a lot of laughs we were able to escape with 13 mini to spare. Had a great time."
